If you complete the workshop, follow the implementation steps provided in the training, and your store is still not live within 30 days of enrollment, we'll refund your purchase in full.
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Complete all workshop modules in full.
- Follow all implementation and setup steps taught in the workshop.
- Create your store and complete the required setup activities outlined in the training.
- Provide proof that you completed the workshop modules.
- Provide proof that you completed the implementation and setup steps taught in the workshop.
- Show that your store is not live within 30 days of your enrollment date.
Submit your refund request within 30 days of enrollment by emailing info@tymekalawrence.com and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Proof of workshop completion
- Proof of completed implementation steps
- Evidence that your store is not live
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund?
- Refunds will not be granted because:
- You changed your mind.
- You decided the program was not for you.
- You did not complete the workshop.
- You did not follow the implementation steps.
- You found the process challenging or time-consuming.
- You failed to submit the required proof within 30 days of enrollment.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used for purchase.
